The ability to build workouts and meal plans based on your individual needs, and access your custom workouts in the gym, at home, or on the road right from your mobile device makes training easy, convenient, and respectful of your time

We use a sophisticated meal planning system that gives you control over food sources with full recipes based on the parameters set by your coach to meet your needs and goals. Meal planning has never been so simple!
Meal plans are calorie appropriate and based on a customized macro calculation catered specifically to you, your lifestyle, and your progress. Meals plans are never set in stone and will change as your body changes. That’s normal!

The Bronze Membership includes one (1) video chat or phone call each month to review your next workout plan and nutrition protocol, and to answer any questions                        
Includes highly custom workouts, nutrition coaching and direct connection with your personal coach with unlimited text messaging right through the Silverback Strength mobile app. The only difference between each program is the number of private coaching sessions with your personal trainer.

After you enroll, you will choose your dietary preference for your meal plan paths: IE: Balanced, Vegetarian, Vegan, Paleo, etc… Meal plans are calorie appropriate and are not set in stone. Depending on your progress, changes will be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
SILVER MEMBERSHIP
Calls twice per month

The SILVER MEMBERSHIP includes two (2) live video or phone coaching calls each month for even more support, inspiration, & accountability PROGRAMMING.
The SILVER MEMBERSHIP is ideal for individuals seeking more coaching and accountability than in the BRONZE PLAN with double the video or phone chat sessions each month plus unlimited in-app messaging.

With the FAMILY PLAN, get the optimal level of personal coaching and accountability from your online personal trainer. Learn to build better habits and improve food relationships as a family with weekly check-in calls and unlimited in-app messaging.
You will lead by example and teach your kids how to make healthy decisions, learn how to create balanced meals by “colouring their plates with nutrients”, enjoy treats and desserts in moderation, be part of the meal preparation process, and learn how to NOT use food as a reward or punishment to themselves but rather listen to their body’s “hunger cues” and build a positive relationship with food

THE 16 WEEK INTENSIVE SERIES
ONE TIME PAYMENT

Many people have the desire to work out, get fit, lose weight, go to the gym, etc. but they never take action because they are clueless about how to begin, what to aim for, how to find time.
We will take all that guessing out and make this as easy as possible. All you have to do is show up and do the work!
There are 3 Intensive programs you have the option of doing
👉Program 1- GLUTE INTENSIVE
👉Program 2- CHEST INTENSIVE
👉Program 3- BACK & ABS INTENSIVE
➡️How it works: You decide on the program for your goal. Do you want to build and develop your glutes? Want a massive muscular chest? Want to widen your back, do pull ups, and build your abs? Want to burn excess body fat in the process? Whichever one you chose, we devote the next 16 weeks to THAT GOAL and get after it.
➡️Your Current Fitness Level: Each of the programs has a BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, & ADVANCED level. After our initial consultation, we decide which level you’re currently at and set up accordingly.
➡️Frequency: Workouts range between 3-4 days per week, and average between 1 - 1 hour 15 min per workout.
➡️The Workouts: Each of the programs is a Full Body workout for your overall health and wellness. HOWEVER, the program you choose will reflect which area is the PRIMARY FOCUS. Ie: Glute Intensive is primarily glute development focused with an overall full body regimen.
